• Toshiba Multi-Function copier

Cause

Phone line is not plugged in

Resolution

1. Check with your department for the location of a fax machine
2. Plug the phone line into the copier
3. If phone line is already plugged in
   1. Unplug phone line
   2. Plug phone line in

Note: International faxing must be enabled by Facilities Management
