Resolution

  1. Open PowerPoint document
  2. Run Accessibility Checker
    1. On the Ribbon
    2. Click Review tab
    3. Click Check Accessibility 
    4. In the Right Column you will see Accessibility Inspection Results
      • It will display errors and warnings, Follow the steps to fix each 
    5. Set a Title on each slide or create a new title slide
      1. Go to Home
      2. Click Layout
      3. Click Title Only
    6. Set Document Properties
      1. Click File
      2. Click Summary
      3. Enter a Title and Click OK​​​​​​​
    7. Save File as PDF
      1. Click File
      2. Click Save As
      3. Choose File Format: PDF
      4. Click Export
