I loaded Coyote Card mobile app but it isn't working
There is no option to Add the card to Apple Wallet in the eAccounts app
I am unable to use my Coyote Card Mobile
Error: Sorry something went wrong: Your login is correct, but your account has not been properly registered in your school's Transact system and we cannot access your account information. Please contact your campus program administrator or card office to resolve this issue.

Resolution
- Check to see if your card has been deactivated in th eAccounts Application OR eAccounts Web Version
- eAccounts Application
- Click settings gear in the upper right corner
- Select Card Management option
- Choose credential to deactivate
- Toggle to Off
Note: You will receive a confirmation email, Only the selected card will be deactivated, All other credentials will remain active
- eAccounts web version
- Select Card Services
- Select Deactivate Card
- Select credential to deactivate
- Click on Deactivate Card
Note: You will receive a confirmation email, Only the selected card will be deactivated, All other credentials will remain active
