Resolution
- Check Coyote Card Online
- ~or~
- Check eAccounts mobile app
- Log in
- Below Accounts your values will be displayed for available accounts
Account Balances Not Displaying
- eAccount Moblie Account balances are currently only displayed on Apple devices
Note: You can also log into Coyote Card Online
- If your account balances are $0, they will not display until funds are added
View account statements
- Log into Coyote Card Online
- Click Account Statements in the red bar
- Select Account from the drop down
- Click the statement month you would like to review
View Account Transactions
- Log into Coyote Card Online
- Click Account Transactions in the red bar
- Select Account from the drop down
- Select the transaction Type
- Set transaction period
- Click Search
Account Balances Not Matching
- Confirm device is not in airplane mode
- Confirm device is not experiencing service interruption
- Sync data between eAccounts and device
Negative Balance
- A negative balance can occur if you make a transaction when a retail device is offline
- A negative balance can occur if there are not funds in your account to cover the transaction
