Cancelling an event in 25Live

Issue/Question

I need to cancel an event in 25Live.

Cause

Event has been cancelled

Resolution

1. Once an event has been confirmed, please contact your scheduler to cancel the meeting.
2. If you have not received a confirmation notice, please email the scheduler for the space you requested.  
   1. To find the scheduler, log into 25Live and go to your event.
   2. Go to the Details section of the event and see who the scheduler is, this information will be listed on the left hand side of the screen in the General area
      1. Some common schedulers are listed below:
         • Central Scheduling: scheduling@usd.edu
         • Library Circulation Desk: circ@usd.edu
         • Classroom Scheduling: classrooms@usd.edu
         • USD Vermillion Medical School: LeeMedEvents@usd.edu
   3. Please email the scheduler with the information about your event
