Touch Not Working on Touch Screen Monitor

Issue/Question

The touchscreen on my computer doesn’t seem to be working

Environment

• HP Touch Monitor
• Windows

Cause

Monitor driver needs to be reinstalled

Resolution

Note: For Lenovo systems use Lenovo System Update to detect any monitor related recommended, optional, or critical updates

1. Go to HP driver download site
2. Click Other
3. Click in the top box and type the monitor model number
4. Click Submit
5. Click next to Driver-Display / Monitor
6. Click Download next to the type of monitor you have
7. Run the downloaded file
   Note: Follow prompts to complete the driver installation
8. Reboot the computer
