Enroll in Electronic W-2 and 1095-C

Issue/Question

How do I sign up to receive my W-2 electronically?
I would like to receive my W-2 electronically.
How do I enroll in electronic 1095-C?

Environment

• Experience Portal
• Employee Dashboard

Cause

Employee wants to consent to an electronic W-2 and/or an electronic 1095-C form.

Resolution

1. Navigate to the Experience Portal
2. Click Employee Dashboard
3. Click Taxes
4. Click Electronic Regulatory Consent
5. You will have two options for documents you can electronically consent to, the W-2 and 1095-C.
   1. Place a check in the boxes for the forms you would like to receive electronically:
      • Consent to receive W-2 electronically: 
      • Consent to receive 1095-C electronically: 
6. Click Submit

Note: This process only allows for electronic W-2s to be sent.  It does not initiate a new electronic W-2 to be sent.  If you need to request a W-2 be resent or reprinted, please visit the Reprint W-2 Article.
