How do I access my W-2 online?

  • SNAP
  • W-2

Resolution

  1. Log into SNAP with your USD email address and password
  2. Click Employee 
  3. Below Employment Details click W-2 Wage and Tax Statement
  4. Select Tax Year
  5. Set Employer or Institution  to The University of South Dakota
  6. Click Display
  7. Your W-2 will be displayed

To Print your W-2

  1. At the bottom of the W-2 click Printable W-2
  2. Right-click on your W-2
  3. Select Print
  4. Change Layout to Landscape
  5. Click Print
