Note: All reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Rooms in the library can only be reserved for a maximum of 4 hours.

Note: First time users may have to wait 30 minutes for account activation before they are able to create a reservation/event.

   • Check list of rooms in the library
   • Community members can contact circulation circ@usd.edu or call 605-677-5373 for information on using library rooms and spaces
2. Click Make a Reservation
3. Log in with your USD email address and password and fill out the reservation form.
4. For specific assistance with 25Live please see this page
5. A USD ID Card (Coyote Card) or state issued ID must be presented at the circulation desk to check out a key to a room
