1. Review Human Resources Telework or Alternative Work Schedule Information
2. Review USD IT Security Standards for Teleworking
3. Open and review the the Alternative Work Schedule and Telework (Remote Work) policy
4. In Section 5 click Telework Agreement Form
5. The DocuSign power form will open
   • Enter name and email address for each section 
     • Supervisor
     • HR Partner
     • Employee 
     • Vice President
6. Click Begin Signing

Note: The policy needs to be signed by the supervisor
