Error when trying to edit a PDF in Adobe Acrobat Pro

Error: This feature is not included in your current Adobe license

When I try to open a pdf file, it tells me that my license has expired

Error: Adobe PDF creation cannot continue because Acrobat is not activated

Error when trying to print Adobe PDF from Photoshop

Error: Your request could not be completed. Adobe Acrobat license has either expired or not been activated

Environment

  • Adobe Acrobat Pro

Cause

License has expired

Need to sign in again

Resolution

  1. If Creative Cloud (CC) All Apps is installed, sign out of Adobe and sign in again
    Note: Select Company or School Account when prompted
  2. Please contact the Service Desk to reactivate Adobe Acrobat Pro
