Issue/Question

I can't get into Zoom through D2L

Error: Warning The instructor's email() is invalid(2216)

Environment

  • Desire2Learn (D2L)

Cause

Email field is missing from D2L user account

Resolution

  1.  Contact Registrar to fix email address in D2L
  2. Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. Name
    2. Phone Number
    3. USD Email Address
