TEST DocuSign

The TEST envirornment is used to create templates and powerforms prior to moving them over to PROD.

1. Access DocuSign - TEST envirornment
2. Login using your USD email
3. Select the blue 'Use your Company Login' button

PROD DocuSign

The PROD Environment is used to send out documents to customers. 

1. Access DocuSign - PROD Environment from the USD Portal 
2. Login using your USD email
3. Select the blue 'Use your Company Login' button

SECURE DocuSign

The SECURE Environment is used to send out documents that will contain confidential information e.g. SSN, date of birth.

Note:  You must have an account set up in the Secure environment in order to access. 

1. Access DocuSign - PROD Environment from the USD Portal 
2. Login using your USD email
3. Switch accounts to the secure site
   1. Click on your initials in the upper right-hand corner to display the drop-down options
   2. Select Switch Account
   3. Select account - The University of South Dakota - Secure
