Cannot Log Into DegreeWorks

Issue/Question

I am unable to log into DegreeWorks

Error: There was an unexpected error (type=Internal Server Error, status=500)

Error: Access Denied  You do not have permission to access Dashboard

Resolution

1. Students Degree Works allows you to view your current academic program(s) and organizes the courses you have completed/registered into graduation categories 
2. If you are a Faculty ADVISOR getting the Access Denied message, your supervisor will need to submit a DegreeWorks Advisor request or click the  Degree Works Access button on this page
3. Ensure that you are using your USD credentials to log into Degree Works 
4. Try Clearing Cache & Cookies
5. If you continue to experience difficulties, please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
   1. Name
   2. Reason for using DegreeWorks (advisor, etc.)
   3. Error received
