How to correct issues with sending to email

User is not receiving listserv email sent faculty@usd.edu

I tried to send out a list serve email but it did not allow me to approve

I sent an email to a list serv but I haven't received those emails

Resolution

  1. Please follow the steps in Emails are Missing
  2. Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. Subject line of the email sent
    2. The from address of the email
    3. The listserv email address
    4. A rough estimate of the time it was sent
    5. Any error messages
