Pharos printer is not working

Document does not show up on department Pharos printer

Pharos printer says it is offline

I cannot print on the new pharos printer

I cannot successfully install pharos package installer

error: "AddPrinter failed with error= The remote procedure call failed."

Resolution

1. If document does not show up at Pharos printer and there are no error messages, reboot the computer you are printing from.
2. Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
   1. Name
   2. Description of issue
