Hearing a busy signal or another unexpected message such as All circuits are busy when dialing out 

Environment

  • Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP)

Cause

 

Resolution

  1.  Please make sure the number is being dialed correctly
  2. Contact the Service Desk with the following information
    1. An example of one or more of the numbers that are not working
    2. Specifically what is heard when making the call
    3. A specific time and day when the problem occurred
