  1. Hold down the power button for 15 seconds
  2. Press power button
  3. Unplug the power cable
  4. Plug the power cable in
  5. Press power button
  6. Replace power cable
  7. If you are still having problems, please contact the Service Desk and provide the following information
    1. Name
    2. Location of Computer
    3. Computer NI number
