Accessing Wegner Library Account

Issue/Question

I am trying to access my Wegner library account and I am having trouble signing in or enrolling in DUO MFA

Environment

• Wegner Library 

Cause

To improve our security posture and meet new compliance requirements, we are incorporating Duo Security into Library accounts.  Accounts will be required to have DUO two-factor authentication activated on them by July 5th.   If you have not activated DUO yet please review the below self-help articles.

Resolution

1. Wegner Partner users
   1. If you login with your first name.last name, you will continue to use that plus an email extension of @wegnerlibrary.org as your user name
   2. Passwords will remain the same 
   3.  DUO MFA will ask you to enroll or authenticate with you 2nd factor
2. USD users
   1. Use your full email address for the user name
   2. USD password​​​
   3. DUO MFA will ask you to enroll or authenticate with you 2nd factor
3. First Time Users
   1. First Time User Registration for Document Delivery and Interlibrary Loan
