How do I turn off Focused Inbox

My Inbox shows Focused and Other in MS Outlook

How do I turn Focused Inbox off

Wanting to know if there is a way to have emails get sent to the Inbox folder and not the Other folder

Could you tell me please how I empty the "focused" part of my Inbox?
 

Environment

• Microsoft Office 365
• Microsoft Exchange Email

Cause

The Show Focused viewing option is turned on by default in Microsoft Office 365

Resolution

Disabling automatic email sorting (Focused Inbox) in Microsoft Outlook

1. Open Microsoft Outlook
2. Select View from the top menu
3. Click Show Focused Inbox to turn it on or off
   Note: Your inbox should now say All

1. Sign-in to MyUSD with your USD account
2. Click Office 365 Email
3. Click  in the top-right corner
4. Click View all Outlook Settings
5. Click Don't sort my messages
6. Click Save

1. Open Microsoft Outlook
2. Tap the top left
3. Tap for settings
4. Tap Focused Inbox
5. Tap Organize By Thread
6. Tap to close settings
