Cause

Need to install app with Adobe Creative Cloud named license

Resolution

  1. Go to Adobe site
  2. Sign out of existing account
  3. Toward the upper right corner of the page, click Sign in
  4. Enter your USD email address
  5. Select Company or School Account
  6. Enter your USD Credentials
  7. Click Apps
  8. Click Download for the application you want to install
    Note: Run the downloaded file to install the application
