My Outlook is unable to sync properly between my different platforms
My Outlook is not updating
Environment
- macOS
- Parallels
- Windows
- iPhone
Resolution
Note: Install Office 365 if not already installed.
- Remove email account from Apple Mail on iPhone
- Press
- Press Password and Accounts
- Press the account you would like to remove
- Scroll down
- Press Delete
Note: Send test emails to yourself from Mac and Windows side
- Remove email account from Outlook on iPhone
- Open Outlook app
- At the top left, tap your profile icon
- Tap
- Tap Office 365
- Scroll to bottom and tap Remove Account
Note: Reset Account option may resolve issues with the account
- Remove email account from Outlook on macOS
- Open Outlook
- Click Outlook on the menu bar
- Click Preferences
- Click Accounts
- Click the email account
- Click the - sign
- Agree to delete the account
- Add Account on iPhone
- Add Account on macOS
