Outlook Not Syncing Properly Between iPhone, Windows and macOS

Issue/Question

My Outlook is unable to sync properly between my different platforms

My Outlook is not updating

Environment

  • macOS
  • Parallels
  • Windows
  • iPhone

Resolution
 

Note: Install Office 365 if not already installed.

  1. Remove email account from Apple Mail on iPhone
    1. Press 
    2. Press Password and Accounts
    3. Press the account you would like to remove
    4. Scroll down
    5. Press Delete
      Note: Send test emails to yourself from Mac and Windows side
  2. Remove email account from Outlook on iPhone
    1. Open Outlook app
    2. At the top left, tap your profile icon 
    3. Tap
    4. Tap Office 365
    5. Scroll to bottom and tap Remove Account
      Note: Reset Account option may resolve issues with the account
  3. Remove email account from Outlook on macOS
    1. Open Outlook
    2. Click Outlook on the menu bar
    3. Click Preferences
    4. Click Accounts
    5. Click the email account
    6. Click the - sign
    7. Agree to delete the account
  4. Add Account on iPhone
  5. Add Account on macOS
