When logging into Outlook a box pops up to sign in with USD email address and password but does not continue
Outlook is not Responding
Cannot set up Outlook
Environment
- Microsoft Outlook
- Windows
Cause
Multiple causes
Resolution
- Reboot computer
- Press Ctrl + Atl + Del
- Click
- Click Restart
- Make sure computer is connected to the network
- Use your Duo device to complete Duo authentication if prompted
- If still not able to sign into Outlook, follow Recreate Outlook Profile
- If non-USD email addresses have been set up in Outlook, remove them
