Can't log into a University owned computer

Error: Windows couldn't connect to the User Profile Service service. Please consult your system administrator

Reinstall Network Driver
- Right click
- Click Device Manager
- Click beside Network adapters
- Right click the wired network card entry
- Click Uninstall device
- Check Delete the driver software for this device
- Click Uninstall
- Reboot the computer
