I can't login to my email but I can access the portal page
Outlook won't accept my password but I can log in to my computer and the portal
I cannot log into SNAP with my username and password
I can log into the Portal but I cannot log into D2L or my email
I received a notification that my QuikPay email has been changed
Portal says my password is wrong, but I can log into SNAP

If you remember your current password
- Navigate to Change Your Password
- Log in
- Follow instructions to change password
If you do not know your password
- Navigate to Password Reset
- Follow instructions to reset password
- If you are unable to answer the security questions, please contact the Service Desk
