How do I submit a faculty progress report in Coyote Connections?

Resolution

  1. Open the progress report email with the subject line Early Alert Progress Report
  2. Select Click to Begin Entering Student Feedback or copy and paste the provided link into your browser
  3. Select Yes for students who may need additional support, including students currently earning a D or F, experiencing declining academic progress, demonstrating attendance concerns, or exhibiting other indicators that may affect their success in the course
  4. Select an alert reason for each student of concern
  5. Enter absence information, current grades, and comments as needed
  6. Select Submit only marked students (but I'm not done) to save progress and return later
  7. Select Submit unmarked students as not at risk (I'm all done) when reporting is complete

Note: Academic advisors receive alerts generated through progress reports and follow up with students regarding reported concerns
