Receiving ImageNow Batch Error Message

Issue/Question

  • I can't leave the batch to go over the workflow
  • I have a document stuck in Working status
  • Error: This batch is waiting to be processed by batch agent

Environment

  • ImageNow / Perceptive Content

Resolution

  1. Logon to Perceptive Content - ImageNow
  2. Right-click Batch
  3. Click Properties
  4. Set State to Idle or a prior state
  5. If the steps above do not take care of th issue, the batch may be corrupt
    1. Re-scan batch
    2. Alternatively - export batch and re-import or print batch and re-scan
  6. If new batch processed to workflow then delete old batch
    1. Right-click on the Batch
    2. Click delete
