Checking if a User has been Exported for ImageNow

Issue/Question

Do the records show a transcript being exported for a prospective student? It shows it has been received in GradCAS but I am not finding in ImageNow.

Documents have been loaded twice for a student, was there glitch that caused this?

    1. Student name 
    2. Document type
    3. Approximate date
