Websites Timing Out or not Loading

Issue/Question

my.usd.edu website is timing out

I have been having a lot of trouble accessing PAMS, the website required by the department of energy for my grant

It goes to science direct but when I try to load the journal's pdf it doesn't open

Environment

  • Windows OS
  • MacOS

Resolution

  1. Try clearing your cache and cookies and/or rebooting your computer
  2. Try accessing the site from a different browser or computer
  3. Please contact the Service Desk with the following information:

    2. Phone Number
    3. URL of Website not working
    4. Browser(s) used
    5. Error Message(s)
    6. Screenshot(s)
