Adding Owners to a Listserv

I would like to be added as an administrator to a listserv

I would like to be added as an owner to a listserv list

I’d like to add colleagues to our listserv

How do I add people to a LISTSERV?

I cannot seem to get new members added to my Listserve Account

Could we please have the following members added to our email Lists?

Environment

  • Listserv

Resolution

  1. Go to the Listserv web interface
  2. Click Log In
  3. Type your email address and Listserv password
    1. Email address must be in First.Last format, and use your primary email address (First.Last@usd.edu for faculty and staff, First.Last@coyotes.usd.edu for students)
    2. Your Listserv password is not tied to the password you use for email, the portal, etc
    3. If you don't remember your Listserv password or don't yet have one, see Setting a New Listserv Password
  4. From the List Management drop-down menu, select List Dashboard
  5. Click the list of owners for the Listserv you want to make changes to
  6. In box below Owner=
    1. To Add type email addresses for Owners of the list on separate lines
    2. To Remove: Delete the email address you want to remove
      Note: Owners listed under Quiet: will not receive non-delivery notices
      Note: USD email addresses must be in First.Last format and use the primary email address
  7. Click Update at the top or bottom of the page
    Note: May need to scroll to the side to see the Update button
