Common Application is Not Working

Issue/Question

The Common Application - First Time (Control Center) application loaded into ImageNow with only one page instead of the full document

The CommonApp FTP process is not providing the expected results in ImageNow

I am missing the import of applications and documents for Common App on Saturday.

Resolution

  1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. Description of the problem

ITS STAFF ONLY

  1. Follow Debugging the Common App FTP to ImageNow Process
  2. If they are missing a day's documents Follow Re-running Common App Script Against a Previous Day
