Issue/Question
Searching for Document ID on FGADCSR shows two messages:
- Query caused no records to be retrieved. Re-enter. followed by
- DOCUMENT HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND APPROVED, NO CHANGES ALLOWED.
Searching for the Document ID on FGIDOCR results in the following message:
- Document code does not exist in FGBTRNH. LIST is available.
The document and expenses were not on any reports run for the affected period.
Document shows as Incomplete despite attempts to Complete and receiving "Document forwarded to Posting..." message
- Please make sure that there are no ZERO-DOLLAR details before attempting to complete.
