Viewing Applicants for Current Search as Hiring Manager

Issue/Question

How do I view the current applications for my posting?

Cause

A hiring manager or supervisor needs to view the current candidates that have applied to a current job posting.

Resolution

Logging into the System

1. Login to https://yourfuture.sdbor.edu/hr/
2. Click on SSO Authentication at the bottom of the screen
3. Log in with USD credentials when prompted
4. Once logged in, ensure your User Group at the top right-hand of the screen is set as supervisor, initiator, Dept. Head/Director, etc.  If it is set as employee, you will not be able to see the search.
5. Click the  in the top left-hand corner of the screen
6. Select Applicant Tracking
   Note: If you have already added the posting to your watchlist, you can find the posting on the home page, within any of the modules (i.e. applicant tracking or position management)

Viewing the Current Applications

1. Once in the Applicant Tracking module, Click the Postings tab
2. Select the applicable position type from the drop-down menu
3. Select posting from the list
   1. If you know the posting number, position number, or title, you can use the search tool to narrow down the list
4. Click Applicants tab
5. If you want to download applications to a PDF, you will need to:
   1. Check the boxes next to each application you want to download
   2. Click the orange Actions button on the right side of the screen
   3. Select “Download Applications as PDF” from the drop-down menu
   4. Select the documents to include in the download and click submit
6. To add the posting to your watch list, click the bookmark button that says “Add to Watch List” at the top right of the screen.  It is found under the orange button
   1. Once it is added to your watchlist, the posting can be found on the YourFuture home page
