Issue/Question

Listserv messages are not being sent out to the subscribers

Error: Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients

Error: Your message cannot be distributed to the Listserv list because it exceeds the maximum message size of 5M

Error: 5.1.1 Unspecified; usually "Bad destination mailbox address"

Error: 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 554-'5.4.14 Hop count exceeded - possible mail loop ATTR34'

Environment

  • ListSERV

Cause

Query-based listservs have been temporarily disabled

Resolution

  1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. Full error message received
    2. Name of the ListServ you are using
