Fiery Command WorkStation Is Not Updating Properly

Issue/Question

When trying to update Fiery Command WorkStation we receive and error
Error:  An error (-5006 : 0x800700005) has occured while running the setup.  Please make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed other applications.  If the error still ovvurs, please contact your vendor: Fiery, LLC (##ID_STRING2##)

Environment

• Windows 11
• Fiery Command WorkStation
• Elevated Command Prompt

Cause

There are many reasons that can cause this issue

Resolution

1. Close all open applications
2. Click 
3. Type cmd
4. Right-click Command Prompt
5. Click Run as administrator
   • Command Prompt window will open
6. Type DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
7. Press Enter
   Note: Wait until you see a message in the window that the process completed 
8. Type SFC /scannow
9. Press Enter
   Note: Wait until you see a message in the window that the process completed 
10. Type Exit
11. Reboot computer
12. Try installing update again
