I need to know the best practices, policies, and procedures surrounding searches, recruitment, and hiring.
Resolution
- Attached is the Search and Screen Guidebook
- The purpose of this handbook is to teach University of South Dakota employees how to conduct recruitment and hiring activities properly and legally. It is important for any employee who is allowed hiring authority privileges and/or is asked to serve on a search and screen committee to complete search and screen training. The best hiring practices contained in this handbook apply to all searches, regardless of employee type.
