How to complete learning outcomes assessment for my program?

Answer

1. Log in to Nuventive using your USD email credentials
2. Click the pull-down menu located right beside the hamburger menu 
3. Select your program from the list
   Note: Programs are grouped by college, with titles including an abbreviation of the college name (e.g., 'Program AS' refers to 'Arts and Sciences Program')
4. Click the menu  
5. Expand PROGRAM ASSESSMENT PLAN & RESULTS  
6. Select PROGRAM ASSESSMENT PLAN & RESULTS from the options
   Note: You will now find a list of all learning outcomes 
   Note: Results must be entered for each outcome
7. Double-click the desired outcome to open it
   Note:  Alternatively, click the ellipsis button  located at the far right; Select Open from the provided options
8. Go to the Results Tab
9. To add the result for an assessment method, click the add button located at the far right corner of the method
10. Select the Reporting period and Result type from the given drop-downs
11. Type the required details of the result
12. Click the Save button located at the top right to save the results
    Note: If you do not want to save the results, you can click Close
    Note: You can also revise the entered results later by opening the course again. The last modified user name can be noticed to the left of the 
    Note: If you want to add another result for the same method under the same outcome, expand Save using button and select Save & Add New
13. Repeat the process for each outcome and assessment method
