What should I do when I find a duplicate record in Slate?

  1.  Please submit a Record Change Request
    1. Click Merge
    2. Provide the URLs for both records

ITS STAFF ONLY

  1. Ensure both records match on a standard matching criteria
  2. Go to Slate Database
  3. Search for Consolidate Records
  4. Select the matching criteria determine in Step 1
  5. Find the record and Click Merge
