Issue/Question
As a student receiving academic accommodations through the Office of Accessibility, how do I request changes to my current accommodations?

Cause
Students may need modifications made to their current accommodations due to changing needs or new diagnoses. If you will be needing changes to your accommodations for the current semester, then please continue to the instructions below.
Resolution
- Log in to Accommodate
- Select Accommodation from the menu on the left side of the screen
- Click Supplemental
- Answer the populated questions in the center of the screen
- Click Submit
The Office of Accessibility will process your submitted request as soon as possible. After reviewing your submission, the Office of Accessibility may reach out to you via your student email in order to discuss your request. If your request is approved, you will receive an updated accommodation letter via your student email.
