Cause
If you are a student wanting to register with the Office of Accessibility in order to receive academic accommodations, please review the instructions to do so below.
Resolution
Note: this is for first time accommodations, if you would like to renew, please follow either: Renewing Academic Accommodations without Change or Renewing Academic Accommodations with Change
- Navigate to the external student link to Accommodate
- Fill in the appropriate fields
- Upload supporting documentation from your treatment provider or digital health care platform with a stated diagnosis and/or diagnosis code
- Click Submit
The Office of Accessibility will process your submitted request as soon as possible. After reviewing your submission, the Office of Accessibility will reach out to you via your student email in order to arrange a meeting (in-person or virtual). The meeting's purpose includes the opportunity to learn more about your experience, to discuss potential academic accommodations, and to engage in the interactive process.
