Viewing Students who have Accommodations in Courses (Faculty)

Question

How can I see if any of my students have accommodations?

Answer

1. Log in to Accommodate
2. Click Courses from the main menu on the left side of the screen
3. A list of classes you are currently teaching will appear
4. Click the appropriate course from the course list  
   Note: Use the Semester filter if attempting to view a course in a semester other than the current semester
5. To view enrolled students with accommodations, click Enrolled Students 
6. Click More Filters
7. Above More Filters, select Yes, under Approved Accommodations for this Course to view only students who are approved for accommodations in this course
8. Click Apply Search
9. In this view, you have the option to download an Excel list of your students with accommodations
   1. Select Batch Options
   2. Select Save as Excel, then Entire List. Alternatively, you can choose to download This Page or Selected Records.

    1. Change sign in from Panaopto to USD login
    2. Click Sign in
    3. User your USD Email and password to gain access
