Microsoft Copilot is the preferred, fully supported, and secured AI tool at USD.
- Microsoft Copilot for Work and M365 Copilot are available for generative AI use, with your USD login. It can be approved for use with Restricted data and the subscription version allows for the creation of AI agents. Additionally, it is interconnected to USD online file storage systems.
- OpenAI ChatGPT is available for purchase as a individual stand-alone, non storage-interconnected, generative AI use product.
- Google Gemini is available using your USD login for generative AI use. It is NOT approved for use with Restricted data.
- ClaudeAI is in a review phase
