How to submit my General Education Assessment Results?

Where can I enter GenED assessment results?

How to complete Gen Ed learning outcomes assessment?

Answer

1. Log in to Nuventive using your USD email credentials
2. Click the pull-down menu located right beside the hamburger menu
3. Select the required General Education course from the list
   Note: The title starts with Program - GenED
4. Click the menu
5. Expand Program GedEd Assessment 
6. Select Program GenEd Assessment from the options
   Note: You will now find a list of all learning outcomes 
   Note: Results must be entered for each outcome
7. Double-click the desired outcome to open it
   Note:  Alternatively, click the ellipsis button  located at the far right; Select Open from the provided options
8. Go to the Results Tab
9. Scroll down to find the desired course number
10. Click the add button located at the far right corner of the course number
11. Select the Reporting Year, Section, Semester, and Assessment Measure Used from the given drop-downs
12. Enter the remaining details
13. Click the Save button located at the top right to save the results
    Note: If you do not want to save the results, you can click Close
    Note: You can also revise the entered results later by opening the course again. The last modified user name can be noticed to the left of the
    Note: If you want to add another result for the same course section under the same outcome, expand Save usingbutton and select Save & Add New
14. Repeat the process for each outcome and course
