Where can I find the self-evaluation templates?

I need to submit a self-evaluation to my supervisor.

I want to have my employees submit a self-evaluation for performance evaluations.

Supervisor is notified that they can have employees complete a self-evaluation for performance evaluations.

Employee is notified that they can complete a self-evaluation for performance evaluations.

Resolution

1. Self-Evaluation Templates are located in the attachment section of this article.
2. Employees may complete the attached self-evaluations and provide them to their supervisors
3. The Supervisor will attach them in YourFuture during the performance evaluation process
