How does a foreign national or international student or employee fill out new hire paperwork?

Cause

All foreign national employees must report to the Human Resources office to complete new hire paperwork on or before their first day of employment.

Resolution

  1. On or before your first day of employment, visit the Human Resources office in Slagle 206 during the hours of Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm to complete paperwork
  2. Bring the following documents:
    • Unexpired Passport
    • Current I-20
    • I-94
    • Bank account information (if you have it). Banking Options
    • Social security card (if you have it). If you do not have one, please refer to How to apply for an SSN. After applying, please email hr@usd.edu to inform us if you have applied for your SSN
