Employee wants to understand TSA’s.

Resolution

  • Tax Sheltered Annuities (TSA's) are optional for employees of higher education institutions through a 403b account. The following companies can be used: AIG Valic, American Funds, Ameriprise, AXA, Horace Mann, New York Life, TIAA Cref, Vanguard, and Waddell & Reed. Contributions are not matched by the University. The deduction is taken from earnings before taxes.
  •  TSA's may be set up at any time, contact the Human Resources office at 605‐658‐3660 to set up your TSA deduction or if you need any further assistance.
