Instructions

  1. Open Grub Hub
  2. Click Account
  3. Click Payment
  4. Click Add New Payment
  5. Click Coyote Card 
  6. Sign in with your full email address and USD password 
  7. Click Sign in
  8. Approve the Duo Push
