Requesting Resident Coyote Access for Sioux Falls medical residents

Environment

• Sioux Falls
• Medical School Residents
• Coyote Cards

Resolution

1. Each resident must have a Banner ID
   • If a resident does not already have a Banner ID, will need to enter a volunteer EPAF to add them to the system/generate a Banner ID
2. Provide a spreadsheet with the resident’s first name, last name and Banner ID
3. Send the resident’s photos
   • Card Office prefers these are saved using the Banner ID, however, they can be saved using the resident’s name if needed
4. The new resident list & photos can be sent directly to Coyotecard@usd.edu
