Copy machine card reader won't scan.
Error: Unable to Connect to Server, Contact Administrator
Environment
Resolution
- Verify the card reader itself is on
Note: A light may be showing on the device even if it is not on
- To power on, click and hold the front button until you hear a positive chime and green light
- Test again
- If still does not connect contact the Service Desk and include the below information
- Describe the problem you are having
- Location of the copier
- Serial number of copier, if known
- NI number on the card reader
