Printing PowerPoint presentations

Question

How do I print a PowerPoint presentation?

Answer

A nice feature of PowerPoint is the ability to provide hard copy versions of the slides and/or the outline text of a presentation.  This is useful for the preparation of handouts for an audience or a class.

  1. From the File menu, choose Print
  2. Click the drop-down arrow that correlates to how many slides you want to print per page
    •  If you have a larger presentation, you may want to print multiple slides per page in order to conserve paper
  3. Click Print when you are ready to print
